Our organization provides shoes for children whose families have limited resources. We are currently only fulfilling requests in Colorado and Nebraska.  If you have a school age student in need of shoes (kindergarten through 12th grade), please complete the form below. We are not fulfilling requests for children that are younger at this time. 

Please fill out all information correctly and completely.  Missing  or inaccurate information will result in the request being denied.  We will ship or deliver the shoes directly to your school.  We cannot guarantee shipping dates as we work with several companies to complete these orders.
